This song was written by Hikaru Utada.
Her mother is a famous singer Keiko Fuji,
but Hikaru began to distinguish herself by her own talent,
not the influence of her mother.
She is bilingual in English and Japanese,
because she  grew up in New York and Tokyo.
She made her debut in USA as "Utada".
But it seems like to be unsuccessful for the present.
